RCMP say a high-risk sex offender will be released tomorrow and could be traveling to Barrington, N.S.

Jamie Alan Goreham, 42, was convicted in 1991 for sexual assault and sexual interference. His victims have included girls under the age of 14.

When Goreham completes his sentence at the Calgary Correction Centre tomorrow, he will enter a two-year probationary period. During this time, he will be restricted from contacting children under the age of 16 and drinking alcohol.

Police are warning the community to “take suitable precautionary measures” – Graham is described as being a high risk to re-offend. RCMP also remind the public that any form of vigilante activity will not be tolerated.
