It’s estimated the number of people living on the street in Halifax has doubled since last year.
Temperatures are already dropping below zero. Hundreds of homeless people have nowhere to go.
The Signal’s Ben Harris went out to ask them how they plan on surviving a cold winter in Halifax, outside.
