The man accused of killing Deborah Irene Yorke is due back in Dartmouth provincial court next month.

Brandon Jake Hollohan, 23, appeared briefly in Dartmouth provincial court on Tuesday via a video feed. He is charged with second-degree murder.

The hearing lasted only a few minutes to set his next court date. He’s scheduled to reappear March 23 at 9:30 a.m. and remains in custody until then. At that time, he will be there in person unless an application for a video appearance is made and approved.

Yorke was found just after 4 a.m. on Jan. 21 when police were called to 3 Farthington Pl. in Dartmouth. She died at the scene.
