All schools were closed in the Halifax region today giving elementary and secondary students their first snow day of 2016.
The 20 centimetres of wet snow that fell in Halifax might have dampened the spirits of homeowners shovelling their driveways. But children at Citadel Hill this afternoon couldn’t get enough of it.
